Belgium is about to establish its own ULs for vitamins and minerals:
As noted by nutraingredients.com the European Comission has received a draft decree on establishment of limits for vitamins and minerals in Belgium. The Decree varies from the Orientation paper document e.g. allowing for daily dosage of 450 mg of magnesium instead of EFSA –approved limit of 250 and limiting the daily dosage of vitamin D from 100 to 75 micrograms:
