Justyna Bachórska
Legal advisor
Legal advisor at the law firm Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j. She has over ten years of experience in providing legal services to businesses and individuals, gained in leading law firms.
She provides legal support for commercial companies a wide range of corporate services. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating business contracts and successfully represents clients in court and pre-court proceedings.
Specialist in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on copyright law, advertising and media law, as well as brand protection. She assists clients in drafting and verifying contracts regulating copyrights, regulations of online shops and applications, registering trademarks. Analyses marketing activities of entrepreneurs in terms of compliance with the law. She has experience in compensation and personal rights cases.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Toruń with honours. She completed the Intellectual Property Rights School held by the H. Grotius Intellectual Property Rights Center.

Paulina Kubita

Trainee attorney-at-law at Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j. In 2023, Paulina started her training at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Paulina has gained professional experience as a lawyer in a law firm dealing with medical law and servicing entities in the life sciences industry. In her daily practice, she primarily deals with legal services for business entities, particularly concerning medical devices, and pharmaceutical and food law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. High-level proficiency in English, and conversational proficiency in German. Currently in the process of mastering French.

Dominika has gained professional experience in the Compliance Department of an international pharmaceutical company and at a law firm focused on advising clients in the life sciences sector.
She specializes in issues related to advertising of medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements and cosmetic products, and analyses the labeling of such products in light of Polish and EU regulations. She also provides ongoing advice to business entities, particularly regarding pharmaceutical law and medical devices.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, she is fluent in English, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
Kinga Szatkowska

Kinga gained professional experience at the State District Sanitary Inspectorate in Warsaw and as a Food Technologist in an enterprise near Warsaw.
Kinga specialises in aspects related to the marketing of foodstuffs, including food supplements, fortified foods, foods for specific consumer groups, as well as cosmetics and medical devices.
Kinga deals with the verification of the above-mentioned product labelling, both in terms of content and graphics.
Kinga is a graduate of the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences and the Faculty of Food Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
Kinga is fluent in English.
Urszula Przyborowska
Administrative Assistant
Urszula is responsible for providing the comprehensive administrative support to the firm, with a primary focus on document management and archiving. Her role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the team by maintaining order, timeliness, and efficiency across office processes.
She holds a degree in English Philology from the University of Warsaw and is fluent in English.
Prior to joining the team, she gained professional experience in back office operations at an international engineering company, where she further developed her organizational and communication skills.
