Zofia Kozłowska
Attorney-at-law

Attorney-at-law at the law firm Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. J. In 2018 Zofia completed legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. 

Zofia gained her professional experience in several Polish law firms. She specializes in providing the companies operating in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sector with the current legal services, in particular in the field of corporate law and contract law. In her everyday practice, Zofia deals with the issue of placing medicinal products, medical devices and dietary supplements on the market, as well as with the assessment of compliance with the Community law of the product labeling. Zofia has also the experience in projects relating to the intellectual property law, public procurement law, competition law and consumer protection law.

Zofia is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and of the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences and Social Reintegration of the University of Warsaw.

Zofia is fluent in English.
 

 

Judyta Banaszyńska
Trainee advocate

Trainee advocate at Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j. In 2020, Judyta started her advocacy training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Judyta has gained professional experience as a lawyer in the legal department of a company from the medical and pharmaceutical sector and in public administration. In her daily practice, she provides day-to-day legal services to business entities operating in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic sectors - including corporate, regulatory and economic issues. She specializes in issues concerning the marketing of medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements and cosmetic products, analysis of classification, labeling and advertising of such products, in light of Polish and European regulations. Furthermore Judyta supports the firm in proceedings before authorities and courts, including commercial and administrative cases. Additional areas of her interest include compliance, business ethics and white-collar crime. She has authored numerous articles in the industry media.

Judyta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in management. She also graduated from the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw.

She is fluent in English, speaks French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.

 

 

Justyna Gryz
Trainee advocate

Trainee advocate at Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j. In 2021, Justyna started her advocacy training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Justyna gathered professional experience in state administration, legal department of a real estate company and a Polish law firm. She deals with the issues of marketing dietary supplements, cosmetic products and medical devices, as well as the assessment of labels for these products. In her daily practice, she also devotes herself to providing day-to-day services to business entities. Justyna's additional areas of interest include corporate issues and labour law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and the Faculty of Local Government and Regional Policy of the University of Warsaw.

She is fluent in English.
 

 

 

Kinga Szatkowska
Product labelling specialist at Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j.

Kinga gained professional experience at the State District Sanitary Inspectorate in Warsaw and as a Food Technologist in an enterprise near Warsaw.

Kinga specialises in aspects related to the marketing of foodstuffs, including food supplements, fortified foods, foods for specific consumer groups, as well as cosmetics and medical devices.

Kinga deals with the verification of the above-mentioned product labelling, both in terms of content and graphics.

Kinga is a graduate of the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences and the Faculty of Food Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Kinga is fluent in English.

 

 

 

Patrycja Szyszka
Trainee advocate

Trainee advocate at Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j. In 2023, Patrycja started her advocacy training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Patrycja gained her professional experience working in the life sciences teams of renowned law firms. In her daily practice, she provides current legal services for companies in the pharmaceutical, medical and food sector. She specializes in medicinal products and medical devices aspects, in particular marketing, manufacturing and distribution, product liability and clinical trials. Patrycja is also experienced in legal services related to public procurement law and intellectual property law.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and postgraduate in Pharmaceutical Sector Management at Łazarski University in Warsaw.

Patrycja is fluent in English.

 

 

Agata Słoma

Trainee advocate at Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j. In 2021, Agata started her advocacy training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Agata has gained professional experience in leading law firms, including life sciences teams. In her daily practice, she provides ongoing legal services in terms of marketing dietary supplements, cosmetic products and medical devices. She also deals with the issues of assessment of labels for these products and advertising of such products, in light of Polish and European regulations. She also has experience in pharmaceutical law cases, including proceedings before administrative authorities and court proceedings. Additional areas of her interest include personal data protection law and intellectual property protection law.

Agata graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She is fluent in English and speaks French.
 

Paulina Kubita
Trainee attorney-at-law

Trainee attorney-at-law at Food & Pharma Legal Wawrzyniak Zalewska Radcy Prawni sp. j. In 2023, Paulina started her training at the Warsaw Bar Association.

Paulina has gained professional experience as a lawyer in a law firm dealing with medical law and servicing entities in the life sciences industry. In her daily practice, she primarily deals with legal services for business entities, particularly concerning medical devices, and pharmaceutical and food law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

Paulina is fluent in English.
