Agata Zalewska-Gawrych

Agata Zalewska-Gawrych is a legal advisor.

She has been advising pharmaceutical entities since 2004 as an expert in issues concerning the pricing of medicinal products and medical devices as well as their reimbursement. For the last couple of years she has further widened her experience while advising clients in the scope of registration, advertisement and distribution of medicinal products. She has supervised projects on changing the mode of distribution of medicinal products and medical devices. She has prepared and provided opinions on clients’ internal procedures and has cooperated during their implementation within compliance review processes. She has participated in legislative processes concerning legal acts important within the pharmaceutical industry, representing applicable organisations which incorporate pharmaceutical companies and their representatives. Currently she provides legal assistance for companies from the food and cosmetics sector especially in terms of proper labelling and advertisement of products. She represents clients in administrative proceedings concerning the appropriate qualification of products, etc. Since 2009 she has been recommended by Chambers Europe as an expert in pharmaceutical law in Poland. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. In 2010 she passed her bar exams. She writes articles for the everyday press as well as the industry press on topics concerning pharmaceutical and food industry law. She conducts internal training courses for companies and gives speeches at conferences organised for pharmaceutical and food industry clients.

She has fluent knowledge of the English language.
