Magdalena Wawrzyniak

Magdalena Wawrzyniak is a legal advisor.

Magdalena is an expert in Pharmaceutical Law, including especially issues concerning the advertisement of medicinal products, clinical trials as well as the manufacturing and trade of medicinal products. Her experience also covers advisory services for companies manufacturing and distributing dietary supplements with specific emphasis on issues concerning the marketing of dietary supplements in the Polish market as well as the labelling and advertisement of the same. She advises companies from the sector of medical devices and cosmetics. She has also advised entities within the pharmaceutical industry on corporate matters as well as issues concerning labour law and personal data protection. Magdalena Wawrzyniak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She also completed introductory studies on the French and European legal system at the Centre of French and European Legal studies organised in cooperation with the University of Poitiers and DESS – and completed post-graduate studies of French and European commercial law. She passed her bar exams in 2010. She is the author of many articles for industry newspapers as well as being a noted speaker at conferences organised for clients operating in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

She has fluent knowledge of English and French.
