Before joining our law firm, Marta developed her professional experience in the Warsaw office of an international law firm, state administration and in a Polish law firm. Marta deals with issues related to a wide area of pharmaceutical law, medical devices law and food law. Marta’s scope of practice concentrates on issues related to the reimbursement of medicinal products, marketing of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics, and labelling and advertising of these products. Her additional areas of interest include issues related to the protection of intellectual property, acts of unfair competition, as well as white collar crime. Marta also provides legal assistance related to ongoing proceedings before administrative authorities and courts in a variety of regulatory matters and before civil courts. Marta graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Marketing and Management at Kozminski University. She also completed Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

She provides support to companies from the food sector as regards food products composition and labelling taking into consideration requirements of competent authorities. In everyday practice, she focuses on aspects related to the placing on the market of foodstuffs, including food supplements, fortified foods and food for specific groups. She gained her professional experience in the food safety authorities, where she dealt with, among others analyzing the labeling of foodstuffs, giving opinions on the content of advertisements, as well as assessing the quantitative and qualitative composition of products placed on the market for the first time on Polish territory.
She graduated from the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumption at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She also completed post-graduate studies in safety and quality in the food chain.
