A project of the regulation on substances prohibited in the manufacture of foodstuffs and food supplements

A project of the Regulation of the Minister of Health amending the regulation on enriching substances added to food has been published at the Government Legislation Centre. The project specifies the list of substances other than vitamins and minerals prohibited in the production of foodstuffs. The regulation covered by the draft will apply to entities producing and marketing foodstuffs, including dietary supplements, in Poland. The regulations concern the substances:
 
1. Yohimbine hydrochloride and yohimbine group,
2. Methystine pepper (Piper methysticum), also known as kava kava,
3. Pancreatin,
4. Ibutamorene (ibutamorene mesylate),
5. DMAA (specifically defined as: 1,3-DMAA; 1,3-dimethylamylamine; 1,3-dimethylpentylamine; 2-amino-4-methylhexane; 2-hexanamine, 4-methyl-(9CI); 4-methyl-2-hexanamine; 4-methyl-2-hexylamine;    dimethylamylamine; geranamine; methylhexanamine;
methylhexanenamine)
6. Ligandrol (LAG-4033),
7. Ostearin (enobosarm),
8. Andarin,
9. RAD-140,
10. Scabies proper
