Food & Pharma Legal's success in claiming reimbursement for insulin injector needles

We are pleased to announce that the lengthy process of applying for reimbursement for insulin injector needles, in which our legal adviser Mrs. Agata Zalewska-Gawrych together with Ms Marta Jagodzińska supported our client Becton Dickinson Polska sp. z o.o., has been successfully completed.
According to the draft announcement of the Ministry of Health, needles for injectors will be covered by reimbursement from 1 January 2022.  This is great news for patients and a reason for us to be proud.
