Our expert with a lecture at the International Trade Fair for Dietary Supplements and Functional Food 2022

"Food additives, recent changes (titanium dioxide), planned amendments concerning other additives" is the topic of a lecture which will be held on 6 April at 12:30 p.m. at the International Trade Fair for Dietary Supplements and Functional Food by our expert, legal adviser and a partner at Food & Pharma Legal - Ms Magdalena Wawrzyniak. 

Over the years, Ms Magdalena Wawrzyniak has focused on advising entities producing and distributing foodstuffs, including dietary supplements, on marketing, labelling, distribution and advertising. She represents clients in administrative proceedings before, among others, supervisory authorities in charge of marketing of medicinal products and foodstuffs, including pharmaceutical, sanitary and commercial inspection. She also provides legal services to wholesale and retail distributors of medicines, foodstuffs and medical devices, including promotions, distribution schemes, and commercial agreements with counterparties.

The speech will cover legal aspects of food additives and additives in dietary supplements for infants and young children. Titanium dioxide, steviol glycosides, rice derivatives and other foodstuffs used as additives will be considered. The speaker will also cover how to protect against the upcoming changes.
