Projected law on certain medical professions

A project of an act on certain medical professions has been published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre. The draft envisages the creation of a register of medical professions, which until now have not been covered by statutory regulations, as well as regulating the conditions and principles of practice of these professions. Issues concerning professional liability of these persons have also been taken into account, along with the requirement for their statutory development. The planned regulations are to concern, among others, pharmaceutical and dental technicians, dental assistants, dieticians, speech therapists, hearing prosthetists, massage therapists, electocardiologists and other professions, about which more in detail in the Project (legislacja.gov.pl)
