The new law on medical devices published in the Journal of Laws

Following previous releases, we kindly inform you that the Law of 7 April 2022 on medical devices was published in the Journal of Laws on 9 May 2022. 

The Act enters into force on 26 May 2022 with the exception of:
* provisions relating to advertising of medical devices, which enter into force on 1 January 2023, and.
* provisions relating to lists maintained by the President of URPL, which shall enter into force on 1 July 2023.
